The West Nest

Built in 2010, The West Nest is a modern interpretation of the traditional white-washed crofter’s cottages that speckle the Highlands and Islands. Nestled into an elevated position on the hillside, the house takes full advantage of the panoramic west-facing views down Glendale and over the sea to North Uist. The house is beautifully summed up by one of our very first guests as “a stylish oasis of cool and calm”.
