Our Fees

Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellation 29 days or more days prior to the start date of the hire: an administration fee of 5% of the total hire cost will be charged

• Cancellation of 15-28 days prior to the start date of the hire: 50% of the total hire cost will be chargers a cancellation fee.

• Cancellation of 14 days or fewer prior to the start date of the hire: 100% of the total hire cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Labour charge (Clause 4) £35 per hour

Cleaning charge for unreasonable condition  (clause 11) £50

Dogs mandatory £30 (include list of items that come with) (clause 12)

Breakdown Charge for user error: £2 per mile, min call out £100. (clause 15)

International driver Fee £15 for those outside of UK, EU, AU, US, CA, NZ & SA

Additional Driver £30 flat fee (above 2) (Clause 6)

Additional Hours: £30 camping, £15 car hire only.
